Sr. SAP HR/Benefits Analyst

DELIVERABLES:


Key resource in identifying opportunities to affect business process change through technology, and seeing them through to conclusion.

Enhancing or upgrading existing applications as well as implementing and supporting new technology, primarily in the "associate based" application areas such as Human Resources.

Liaison between the business users/Business Analysts and the technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, write functional specifications, build business cases, and coordinate communication between team members.

May also lead small to moderately-sized projects from planning through implementation, and manage vendor relationships.


REQUIREMENTS

Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP HR including Benefits

4-6 years of progressive experience in business process, systems analysis and functional design

Solid experience in project leadership, from business cases, cost/benefit analysis, and planning, through post-implementation support

Strong ability to create positive business relationships with internal and external clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong meeting facilitation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with web-based application architectures, package implementation and support, and RDBMS concepts

3+ years of experience working with Human Resources, and having a working knowledge of a broad range of HR business functions and processes
