Description
Senior SharePoint/.NET Developer
6 month contract to hire
30-50% Travel required

*First 30 days will be PART-TIME (~20hrs/wk)
Remainder of contract will be Full-time (40hrs/wk)

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Senior SharePoint Developer who has strong experience with requirements gathering and design/development/implementation.

Extensive experience with MS-SharePoint including MOSS 2007, WSS and Web Parts

SharePoint customization experience, including site definitions, custom Web parts, Web services, business data catalog, features, master pages, layouts, and workflows using Windows Workflow Foundation.

Solid C# and ASP.NET development experience

Public-facing Website development experience

Portal Development experience

Design/Architecture experience

Strong knowledge of formal software development methodologies and tools.

Proven ability to apply industry standard development and integration patterns.

Proven ability to work on multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting expected deadlines.

Proven track record applying analytical skills to a variety of projects and issues

Must possess excellent customer-facing skills.

DESIRED COMPETENCIES

Experience with WSS and MOSS 2007 administration, security, and server deployment.

Experience with site migration and troubleshooting of installation instances.

Enterprise Data Analysis/Management Skills

BizTalk (not required but HUGE plus)

EDUCATION

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
