Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 5 plus years in software engineering, release engineering, and or configuration management. 4 plus years experience in script writing for automation of processes within SCM/release engineering. Strong familiarity with the software configuration management systems and or source code version control systems. Subversion, PVCS VM, and Visual SourceSafe, and Serena (Dimensions) experience highly desired. Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux; familiarity with Windows development a plus; skill with one or more scripting languages; Python experience highly desired; experience with build management tools and C++ and Java applications. ITIL certifications preferred. Excellent communication skills.
