Description
Quantronix is looking for Sr. Software Engineer (Java/J2EE) for Trading Systems Dev Project to work at our client site. Our client is an Institutional Brokerage Company and Application Service Provider offering complete trading solutions to Broker/Dealers, Hedge Funds, Money Managers and other Institutional Investors. They specialize in providing direct electronic access to a wide and growing number of markets including equities, options, futures and foreign exchanges. Our client urgently requires an experienced JAVA/J2EE Software Engineer to play a senior-level role that is a combination of Software Development and Operations support and is integral to the growth and success of the company. It requires independent project work, the ability to work with others at many levels, and operational support, including customer-facing interaction. Must be comfortable working on simultaneous tasks, in a fluid and dynamic environment with intellectual and exciting challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: . Software development (7+ years) . Very strong Java programming (3+ years) [C++ is highly desirable - 5+ years] . Application debugging (3+ years) .
