As we continue to experience extraordinary growth, we are seeking professionals to join our AIS Team.

AIS is a leading Microsoft partner for building solutions based on the Microsoft portal and collaboration platform. As a testament to our expertise, we were recently hired by Microsoft to build the Records Center Add-on pack for Office SharePoint Server 2007. We strongly believe in leveraging the SharePoint platform as a framework for accelerating the development of enterprise portals and collaboration solutions. We are looking for individuals with passion for building Portals and Collaboration based solutions on the Microsoft platform. The qualified candidate would have - significant experience in envisioning, architecting, and developing SharePoint based Enterprise Portal solutions. The position will require a person who can range from being the architect/designer of an implementation team to being the sole resource on a project and working directly with the client to gather requirements, build a proof of concept and implement the solution.

Required Skills:

- Ten years overall experience in building applications on the Windows platform.
- 3 - 5 years (plus) of experience designing and architecting .NET/ASP.NET based applications.
- In depth understanding of Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
- Demonstrated understanding of large scale SharePoint deployment issues and sizing
- Experience working through a full System Development Life Cycle project

Functional Skills:

- Analytical skills, problem solving ability
- System design and solution architecture expertise
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
