We have an immediate need for a Sr. Systems Administrator - Red Hat Linux JOB DESCRIPTION Sr. Systems Administrator/Engineer - Red Hat Linux Responsibilities: Provides necessary leadership, analysis, design and implementation considerations related to the planning, development, implementation and testing of common technology infrastructure engineering solutions. Must be able to influence the decision-making processes by helping to determine, develop and own components of the overall infrastructure architecture strategy. Will need to effectively partner with Architects, Development Leads, and Solution Providers to establish the right solutions. Will consult in design, direction, technology development and making trade-offs in integrating, consolidating and eliminating infrastructure technologies. Provides consulting expertise to support overall business strategies and deliver business value. Requirements: --- Required strong ability to lead and influence in a technical lead role with three to five years experience designing, developing and deploying architecture within Windows and/or UNIX environments. --- An ideal candidate will posses expert practical knowledge in Red Hat Linux, good working knowledge of VMware ESX, and is proficient in at least two or more of the following areas: - Active Directory or LDAP - Microsoft and Veritas Clustering - Citrix - .Net, Java Enterprise System(JES) or Websphere - SAN - MS SQL Server - Oracle Database - DB2 UDB TAKE ACTION!
