Description
This position will be located at Picatinny Aresenal, NJ.
Bachelor's degree in the Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics with at least eight (8) years of experience with design, development, testing and evaluation of computer based systems. Specific experience in the use of current tools and techniques applied to the quality assurance, test and evaluation of hardware and software integration. A Master's degree in the scientific fields above with three (3) years of experience as listed above is considered equivalent. No college degree with ten (10) years experience, including at least five (5) years applied to computer based systems is considered equivalent.

Plans and conducts the analysis of user needs for application system support, determining the feasibility of contemplated actions. Establishes system requirements in terms of objectives, functions to be served and management expectations. Plans and conducts analyses of existing systems in light of evolving requirements. Provides direction to system analysts in performance of system design, development and testing. Assures conformance with configuration management and quality assurance throughout system development.

Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills are required. Military or civilian agency experience desired. Ammunition and PEO Ammo experience is preferred.

Clearance is not required at contract start but applicant must be clearable.df-tc
