Description
Zycron is currently seeking an individual to join our team in Nashville, TN. This position requires recognized business knowledge in analyzing and collaborating on new business opportunities and information technology solutions for corporate tax systems. Works with other key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the IT solutions meet the business needs.Responsibilities:Works with other key project team members with analysis and functional design of IT solutions, interfaces.Creates deliverables independently or through BA team and manages approvals.Provides coaching, technical, functional guidance on specific project deliverables, and provides input for performance development and goals.Provides expertise in process design and provides leadership in communicating requirements to product development, testing, and education/training.Strong and diverse network of relationships with various stakeholder groups.Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and work with other BAs and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.Requirements:Knowledge of database concepts & formal analysis/modeling techniques is required.UML experience is preferred.Must have strong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills is a mustCandidate must be detailed oriented, have good organizational skills, possess strong leadership skills.
