Description
National Financial Lending Organization seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer. Position is Full Time Direct and entails a combination of systems engineering, administration, and server builds, performance tuning, technical documentation, and problem analysis / resolution.

This position will provide 3rd Level support for all systems in the areas of Storage Networking, Windows 2000/2003 Servers, Exchange, Wintel Servers. Will also mentor/train other staff members.df-tc

Experience/Skills
- Hands-on systems management and administration expertise of Windows 2000/2003 , Windows Terminal Services environments; specifically Load Balancing

- Server clustering and consolidation, virtualization of servers and/or services, and new approaches to client/server system deployments.

- Development with server scripting technologies such as WMI, VBS, and KIX.

- In depth knowledge of network protocols used by Windows (DNS, IP, WINS, etc.)

- Experience with various Windows services and components including Active Directory Services, Group Policies, Organizational Units, Windows scripting, and Windows security

- Very strong Active Directory design and implementation skills

- Storage Area Networking expertise a plus.
- CA Brightstor expertise.

Experience with system performance monitoring and tuning for web service, application file & print and database services.
- TCP/IP Networking
- Experience with wireless device integration within a Exchange environment
- 4+ years Server administration including
- 3+ years Server, LAN, and WAN support problem management
- 3 + years experience implementing and managing clustering, SAN and active directory
- 4+ years of customer service, support, and/or consulting experience for enterprise level customers
