Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for an on a contract opportunity with a leading company in Rochester, New York

In this position candidates will involved in research, design, development and/or implementation of computer based control systems. Participates in the design phase of new system to help define product features and system capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis/Design
Proficient in C/C++, Microsoft Visual Studio
Excellent debugging skills, with the ability to understand unfamiliar code
Experience throughout the software lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, maintenance)
Ability to work in a team setting and come up to speed quickly
Good Communications skills - ability to sell ideas to peers/management
Initiative - results oriented
Unified Modeling Language (UML) experience
XML experience.
Imaging Processing Experience
Graphical User Interface (GUI) experience/C#
5 years Windows driver development experience
Networking Experience
.NET development experience
Code optimization experience
Linux experience
