Sr. Tech Writer/Web Developer

• Create content in XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript on tight deadlines, while collaborating with Customer Support, Engineering, and other geographically dispersed colleagues
• Collaborate with editor, Program Manager and other writers
• Provide help Websites on all supported browsers and in all languages to ensure help compatibility across platforms and browsers

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• 2+ years experience in related field.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, XHTML and CSS
• Detail oriented
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Skilled in Dreamweaver, Flare, and or RoboHelp
• Expert ability to work with help systems/developing help systems
• Familiarity with Macintosh operating systems
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems
• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience and practical knowledge
