ISSG, Inc., a leader in Information Technology (IT) staffing and consulting since 1991, has an immediate opening for a Sr. Technical Recruiter for our office in Chesterfield, MO.
We are proud of our ability to develop long-term relationships with our clients based on the quality of our service and seek the 'cream of the crop' to join our team. We need your drive and determination to fill our clients requirements quickly, efficiently and most of all 'right the first time!' Please note that we are looking for a very knowledgeable and experienced I.T. Recruiter with a 'stable' work history. The successful candidate will possess the following abilities and energy to effectively perform the following responsibilities/duties:

  • Recruit for contract and full-time-employee positions as assigned.
  • Compose and post position ads on various job boards.
  • Efficiently screen candidates to determine those who should be considered further.
  • Conduct effective phone and in-person interviews.
  • Prepare resume and other information for client submittal.
  • Follow-up as appropriate with client(s) and candidate(s).
  • Conduct reference checks and document.
  • Willingness to put forth the necessary effort to see a job to a successful positive conclusion

  • Must have strong MS Windows and internet navigation skills
