Description
We are seeking a senior voice analyst with leadership skills; a responsible, responsive individual with strong communication skills, able to communicate with business units and voice technology areas. Someone with the ability to size and co-ordinate work within the team as well as pull together various external voice support teams and vendors to provide a seamless service to the customer. This individual needs to be a team player, organized and capable of handling multiple projects/tasks at one time and of working under pressure. Good analytical skills with ability to problem solve are a plus. Some experience with gathering and publishing metrics is expected. The role includes providing voice provisioning services for our direct client, a leading global investment bank. This is a hands-on operational role the person will and has to be able to do programming of phone systems. In addition as team lead this role involves prioritization of work, assignment of work to other team members and making sure the teams is meeting service level agreements. As a leader in the team this individual is expected to work across various organizations, including vendor organizations to provide service to our customer. Technical Qualifications/Experience Hands on working knowledge of Phone programming systems CCRS Telecommunication, Avaya Site Administration PBX. CISO IP Phone experience a plus. 3 years of Experience in Voice Telecom 1 year in a leadership position Proficiency in standard office applications such as MS Office Experience in the financial industry a plus.
