We are a rapidly growing company that offers Web based communication/conference services to clients domestically and internationally. We are located in Fort Worth, TX. We are currently seeking a candidate that has Website design/development experience with an eye for creative and unique designs.

The Sr. Web Developer will be responsible for the redesign and updating of the company's multiple websites, including further integration with the company's Back End database software. Candidate must be able to layout and structure a flexible, functional, and easy-to-use Website from start to finish. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing a small team of programmers and occasionally attending client meetings.

4 years of hands-on experience in the following is needed to apply:
* PHP
* DHTML
* Flash/ActionScript
* JQuery
* JavaScript
* ASP.net
* VB.NET
* SQL Server data access, and relational database design
* IIS Management
* Photoshop and Adobe/Macromedia products
* Search Engine Optimization experience a plus
