Description
Provide system level Technical Support fo Websphere Application Server
instances on Unix, AIX, and NT platforms.

Duties include but are not limited to

*Install, Maintain and tune WAS on all platforms

*Provide system level problem determination and resolution support
*Set design, framework and architectural standars for WAS

:*Provide "tier-2" type support for application level problem resolution
*Install third-party software required to support WAS instances
*Provide performance tuning and capacity planning for WAS infrastructure
*Provide cross-training toother team members for WAS support

Support requirements are 24X7


Must be able to start immediately

Extensive experience installing, maintaining and tuning WAS

Extensive knowledge of J2EE frameworks



*Strong JAVA and C++ skills



*Strong working knowledge of Unix, AIX and/or Windows 2003
