We are currently seeking a Sr. Windows Systems Administrator who has extensive knowledge in Microsoft technologies with diverse platform experience.
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Windows Systems Administrator to install, troubleshoot, and support our customers across multiple regions domestically and abroad. In this role, the successful candidate will be implementing new systems and system network designs and troubleshooting daily server issues for our large customer base. The Sr. Windows Systems Administrator will be working in a great team environment, have lots of opportunities for training, but will be expected to learn and implement on your own as well.
We want someone who is experienced in a fast paced, small medium sized environment, has experience in an ISP / Service provider environment as a Sr. Windows Systems Administrator.
We are looking for a Team Player, someone with the desire to do a great job, enjoys server network designs and working with diverse applications, and be part of a rapidly growing company with a proven success record. We are looking for a problem solver who can think outside the box and can also follow general guidelines.
Requirements:
7+ years professional experience working as Sr. Windows Systems Administrator
Expert hands on knowledge in Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server; active directory design and maintenance;
Expertise in implementation, maintenance and support of mixed platform environment.
Export knowledge on IIS 5/6 including security
Expert knowledge in a high volume, highly available, performance sensitive environment.
Excellent knowledge on Exchange Server.
Excellent knowledge LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Experience with server and network monitoring, capacity planning, change management and configuration policies.
Ensure the continuous availability of all Windows servers
Willingness and ability to teach and train others.
A team player with good verbal and written communication skill.
Must be willing to do desktop support on occasions.
Must be available to work in San Jose Corporate Office.
24x7 available for emergency escalations
Participate in ''On Call'' rotation
