May perform one or more of the following:

Strong technical working knowledge and hands-on experience at medium to large corporate environments, including

Ability to work directly with business users in defining and documenting customer requirements
Problem determination and resolution skills to trouble shoot issues and fix immediate deficiencies in a timely manner
Solid analytical and technical skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to provide a recommendation on the most feasible and economical solutions using best practices and standard configurations
Excellent knowledge of server hardware (IBM/HP) drivers, and protocols
Ability to be accessible and available for on call responsibility and support
Design and architecting technical solutions, enhancements, and proposal upgrades recommendation
Coach, mentor, and train other engineers
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to define and document practices and procedures consistently and accurately
Plan and lead mid-sized project installation
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience appropriate terms

Skills:
VB Scripts, Windows Host Scripts, ITIL certified, MCSE or MCSA and/or VCP preferred

Education:
MIS, CS or Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS, or Engineering and/or equivalent5- 7years technical experience
