Description
Our client is currently looking for a Staffing Manager to join their team in Lakeland, FL. We invite you to review the position requirements below and apply today if your skills match our need.

Salary: $43,000 - 65,000

Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle management of the associate hiring process
- Working with department managers to understand their hiring needs and positions requirements
- Developing corporate training programs
- Developing, implementing and tracking associate retention programs
- Communicating status issues and suggestions for related process improvements

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in computer science , other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
- Three years full life cycle hiring experience
- Must be able to consistently follow and enforce standard I/S staffing practices and techniques
- Good communicator and listener
- Good coordinator and facilitator
- Good negotiator and interviewer
- High degree of confidentiality, maturity, self-motivation, commitment and integrity
- Must demonstrate self-confidence and leadership experience
- Ability to monitor and track performance, anticipate risks and resolve issues
- Ability to make decisions using sound business judgment
- Must be able to relate to all levels of associates
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Must show enthusiasm, initiative, pride in work

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in applications or technical development
- Familiarity with applications or infrastructure processes
- Familiarity with web technology, SOA/.Net, portals, Oracle, SQL Server
- Three years experience hiring for a variety of I/S positions
- Two to three years experience with corporate training, adult education and employee retention programs
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Seasoned negotiator with external suppliers
- Ability to draw from lessons learned on hiring initiatives to address risks and issues.
