Description
Field Systems Support

We have 1 full-time position open and two 14 week temporary assignments. Please specify if you are interested in the full-time or temporary position.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to all levels of field and Support Center associates.

Prepare, ship, and track systems: including PC, network, cash registers, and printers for new stores and replacements. Ensure timely and accurate data and information transmission between all points.

Will be involved in new program testing, documentation, and providing training to end users.

This position require continuous learning to stay current with our systems and industry.

*Please note that 80% of this persons time will be spent in the Panda Support Center, not in the field.

Years of Experience:
2 years of computer related experience preferred. Must have knowledge of general hardware, software, and networking.

*Flexible hours are required.
Special Skills:
Must possess excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Quick learner, able to effectively resolve technical issues while maintaining a positive win-win atmosphere working with non-technical end users.

Flexible hours, including 1 weekend day.

Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus; must be able to lift 30 lbs.

This person must be able to handle a high volume of calls. Also be able to effectively resolve technical issues while maintaining a positive working atmosphere.

Knowledge:
General hardware, software and networking.


Educational Requirements:
B.S. in Computer Science or related field preferred.
