Ajilon Consulting has an opening for a Staging Server Consultant in DTC for a 4 month contract (possibly longer). This person would be responsible for the staging of RHEL 5 servers, the delivery of those servers to the field, and then work with the field personnel to ensure the turn up of those servers. Also, responsible for the daily up keep of the tru2way server clusters, admin type role. Linux proficient, understands how to use RPMs, YUM, VI. Shell scripting knowledge would be good, but not necessary. IP Networking, understands basic network principals, like IP addresses, subnets, default GW. Some Cisco IOS experience would be good, but not necessary. Good communication skills. Can lift up to 70lbs. Some experience working with vendors.
This position pays $18.50/hr W-2 basis.
