Location: Washington DC 20002 (REMOTE)

Primary Skills:
EMC DMX for Tier 1
EMC Clariion for Tier 2
EMC Celerra for NAS
Cisco MDS 9000 Series Directors for fabric
Invista for virtualization
Hardware and software support for all of these products will come from EMC, but steady state daily administration tasks will be provided by IBM.
TPC Central administration

Secondary:
Hardware-DS8300s, Sharks, DS4000s, SVC, Brocade SAN switches, Brocade SAN routers, Brocade SAN modules, McData SAN switches, Cisco SAN switches Software - DS8000 Storage Manager, Shark Specialist, Brocade Fabric Manager, McData EFCM, Cisco Fabric Manager. Support all range of Brocade San technology. Storage vendors include: HP, EMC and the entire TotalStorage Equipment portfolio, including nSeries. Support for Data replication (software, configuration, management, and monitoring) for all deployed vendor equipment. Support for Wide Area File Services equipment: (WAFS, WADS, and other WAN accelerators) (assist). This candidate will need to have Storage Virtualization of all deployed equipment using SVC (strategic), Disk Extender and other virtualization products. Storage Management for all deployed equipment using each vendors management tools. Storage Reporting using TPC. Support for SAN Multi-Protocol Routers MPR???s. SAN (HBA/Storage Array/Switch) Patching and Upgrade. Metro mirroring and Global mirroring. Life cycle management process exposure. SOFTEK (Data migration). HP Storage essential (To support the current system and migrate it to the new tool set). SAN Security i.e. LUN, zoning, data encryption.

This is a long term contract working from your home. 5 years of experience, some week-ends and on call are required for this opportunity.df-tc
