Description
Our client has been recognized as a leading corporation in the design, deployment, and management of in-building wireless networks. By utilizing building blue-prints, radio frequency engineering, cost accounting, and building monitoring, the Company has developed a system designed to manage in-building and campus wireless networks using a transportable, software platform.

Due to strong growth and success, the company has a current opportunity:
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER-SOUTHERN REGION--based in GA,TX, or FL.

Candidates must have a strong technology background which includes sales experience to the Healthcare (Hospital) provider segment. Minimum 6yrs in a "Hunter" role, either in Software, Wireless Local Loops, Managed Services, and, Enterprise Wireless Sales. Previous professional experiences that include, Shared Tenant Services, Healthcare Supply Chain Management are HIGHLY desirable. (Paging, or Commercial Cellular Sales -N/G)

? Senior-level sales exp. in technology with a demonstrated track record of identifying, initiating, closing and maintaining transactions/strategic alliances

? Strong technology background, a solid understanding of the company?s current technology foundation and its fit within the industry?s competitive landscape.

? Results-oriented professionals exhibiting the drive and resourcefulness necessary to operate in a remote office? All final candidates will be technically competent and comfortable with the wireless industry to stand on his/her own.

? All candidates must have previous experience in working for a smaller technology company.

Responsibilities
? Proactively pursue and negotiate significant revenue opportunities for the company, such as direct sales, VAR channels, and OEM opportunities
? Establish C-level relationships with the largest, most strategic telecom and corporate accounts
? Accurate and timely sales forecasting
? Excel at developing creative solutions to customer needs and identifying the ?deal makers? while achieving a sales quota of $1.5+M
? Possess the ability and the daily discipline necessary to focus on the important activities which result in closing business
? Identifying and managing strategic relationships with key business, technology and solution partners
? Constantly evaluate the company?s competitive positioning and identifying shifts in market needs.

Compensation for this position has been set for 85-90K base with a total compensation of 160k at achievement of plan.
