Strategic Consultancy Project Manager

Responsible for application of project management methodology with responsibility for all phases of the project life cycle to include: -Project Initiation- project design and scope management. -Project Planning - Activity definition and scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and risk management -Project Execution - Quality assurance, team development, stakeholder management, and contract administration -Controlling - Scope verification and change control, cost and quality, performance reporting, measurement, and risk monitoring -Closing - Contract closeout, issue resolution, lessons learned activities, and final project documentation

Understanding of business, process and operational principles, models and concepts, and their application in areas such as Finance & Accounting, Product Development & Marketing and Sales Distribution. Ability to integrate and apply those principles, models and concepts to create value for customers and generate profits.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, PMP Certification, Master's Degree Preferred or equivalent experience, minimum of 5+ years experience.


Understanding of the competitive environment, including Humana's marketplace, industry, competition and regulatory environment, as well as understanding of how the components of Humana's business model (i.e. strategy, finances, operations) interrelate to make Humana competitive in the marketplace. Understanding of Humana's business processes, systems, tools, regulations and structure and how they interrelate to provide products and services that create value for Humana customers, consumers and key stakeholders. Understanding of how the value we create for our customers, consumers and key stakeholders aligns with Humana's vision, business, culture, value proposition, brand promise and strategic imperatives.df-tc
