A High Tech company located in Sacramento, CA is currently seeking a Strategic Customer Service Lead to join their team.

As a Strategic Customer Service Lead, your promary duties will involve:
1. Create and revise AutoCAD drawings as requested
2. Communicate with outside sales representatives regarding support needs and leads
3. Work with Project Manager to communicate specs on specific jobs
4. Estimate/price quote jobs/projects requiring louvers and/or installation
5. Review contracts, purchase orders, and projects for proper specifications and special instructions for jobs quoted for installation
6. Evaluate and manage the work flow of sales coordinators and assist in prioritizing duties
7. Improve processes of tracking the probability of contract award and sales leads
8. Prepare invoices and shipment documents
9. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management

Experience/Skills
??? Three years of experience in Support Management, supervisory experience, and experience conducting performance reviews in a Manufacturing environment
??? Must be proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, and/or 3D experience a plus.
??? Ability to prioritize and be time sensitive to deadlines, schedules, follow-ups.
??? Must be technically inclined to assist in maintaining the IT system.
??? Experience working with Division of State Architect a plus
??? Excellent interpersonal relations/communication skills, strong leadership abilities, solid organizational and problem-solving skills needed.
??? Must be flexible and willing to work with constantly changing priorities.
??? Ability to understand and enforce company policies and procedures
??? Equally adept to work independently and as a member of a team.
??? Technical degree, AA or higher preferred.
??? Extensive background check and drug screening performed at time of hire
