Description
Subject Matter Expert needed for client located in Raleigh, NC. Intent is to obtain a short term contractor for a subject matter expert to perform the following tasks: develop, test, and implement a middleware software solution. Purpose is to scan, transmit, and verify State Board of Election (SBOE) voter registration documentation. This process will include the scanning and transmission of voter registration documents on existing Lexmark Multi Function Printers (MFP) located in DMV Driver License offices statewide. The scanned images will be stored on the middleware LDSS servers and verified against the voter registration data stored on the State Automated Drivers License System (SADLS) database (DB2). Both scanned images and SADLS customer information will then be transmitted to SBOE via IBM WebSphere MQ series messaging service for SBOE use.

Lexmark LDSS experience in managing and configuration of Lexmark x632mfp devices.
Lexmark LDSS experience in implementing a Windows based document transmission system.
Lexmark LDSS experience in reading embedded barcodes.
Experience in utilizing DB2 Connect to interface with DB2 tables in a OS390 environment.
Experience in utilizing IBM MQ to transmit data between a Windows based client and a OS390 host.
