Description
Adecco Technical is currently seeking a Support Analyst for one of our clients in Torrance, CA. This is a long term temporary position. The Analyst's role is one of a troubleshooter and liaison. The Analyst will triage and assist the resolution of support related issues that will be received from the help desks. The Analyst will need to assimilate and analyze the issue or symptoms and plot a course of action to resolve it. Throughout the process, the issue will be documented and tracked carefully to ensure timely and complete resolution. The Analyst will also assist in compiling data needed for reports. Qualifications: Windows 98, 2000, ME, NT, and XP Acrobat / PDF Familiarity with general PC operation / functions Proficient with MS Office suite (especially Access and Excel) Web application / browser functions and some knowledge of version issues Recordkeeping and organizational skills along with strong attention to detail Skilled in interpersonal communication Prior customer service / help desk experience a plus Familiarity with HTML, SML, JavaScript a plus Familiarity with automotive service information, their functions, and organization Elementary knowledge of automotive repair techniques, operations, and equipment. Only local candidates will be considered.
