Here is the JD that was posted with it:=0A =0A Title: Support Analyst II =0A =0A Provide responsive and reliable resolution to Microsoft's OEM, OEM Connect and System Builder communities in support of the OPK, Sysprep and RIS technologies in large scale server/client deployment & manufacturing environments. =0A =0A Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 2003 setup and deployment technologies including, sysprep,RIS, Windows PE, Computer Imaging and automated deployment. =0A =0A Responsibilities: =0A =0A Represent Microsoft and communicate with strategic and individual OEM/System Builder customers and communities via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technically complex problems with the usage of OPK tools/products and other associated technologies.=0A =0A There is a high expectation of being able to resolve complex issues without assistance and also to be able to engage other resources and/or escalate at appropriate junctures to ensure high customer satisfaction through in-depth troubleshooting delivering sustainable technical solutions.=0A =0A Candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with both internal and external groups. A high level of team work is expected.
