This CSG position is responsible for content publication, live site issue resolution, problem analysis and hands-on bug fixing. Additional responsibilities include promoting acceptance of industry standards, as well as pushing to streamline our production process. The major focus for this CSG assignment is to provide fast reaction to content publication requests and problem solving on the various MSN Channels web sites. - =0A =0A Qualifications - =0A =0A 2+ year software application support experience involving internet based applications. Knowledge of Windows, ASP, VB, SQL, DHTML, JavaScript, XML and server-side scripting required. Able to take charge and work closely with development, program management, and other groups to report status and also push for improvements. Strong communication skills, plus maintain careful attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required. Strong creativity and troubleshooting skills helpful analyzing problems and reporting defects.
