Description
Provide Information Security technical support at the Nashville Data Center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work production setups. Participate in daily work loads/projects. Provide assistance to other Information Security Technology Groups as needed. Provide on site support for disaster recovery environments. This includes Vulnerability Management and Intrusion Detection. On call rotation is part of the job responsibility and some after hours support is required.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in the information security environment and should have a strong understanding of the ten domains of information security.
• Core competency in network operating system, application layer services, of the TCP/IP protocol suite.
• Must demonstrate an advanced understanding of information security concepts and be able to evaluate potential threats to the organization.
• Must be able to respond positively under pressure and have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in five or more of the following areas is desirable: Windows 200X, Unix, Cisco, Nortel, ACL Concepts, OSI Model, RADIUS, VPN, Load Balancers, Network & Application level firewalls.

Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Other experience may compensate provided all required skill sets exist. Network certifications are a plus. CCNA.
