Description
I have an exciting opportunity available with our direct client for a Support Tech Analyst. The Support Analyst's primary role will include 24/7 Level 2 Tech Support, root cause analysis/resolution for system issues, defects, and minor enhancements supporting the lockbox business, operations, and technology.

Experience/Skills
-Ability to support Client Server/Distributed System Applications.
-Development experience using MS SQL 2005, Delphi, C++.
-Mainframe experience would be beneficial.
-History of supporting transactional and image-based application is preferred.
-Strong Production/Technology Support
-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
-Problem management experience.
