Our three faceted group serves as a listening systems team who focuses on daily policy/process & CSAT, a third tier of support for difficult customer issues and a specialized group focused on proactive escalation solutions.



Area of Focus

- T3 Escalations

- Research and provide resolutions for difficult and challenging customer cases

- Work with multiple groups within company to resolve issues



Bonus Skills:

- Proficient in Visio, PowerPoint, InfoPath, SharePoint, Product Studio, CAP; Gamer; Baker/Good Cookdf-tc


Experience/Skills
We seek individuals with experience in the following areas:
- Fraud investigation
- Tier2 technical escalation
- Tier3 technical escalation
- Gaming industry experience
- Firm understanding of debit/credit system
- SQL/access database creation & management
- Extensive customer service in a call center environment
