Position Description;

GPSD: global partner support delivery.

The global partner support ISV Advisory Service team provides development consulting services to Microsoft ISV Partners. This open need is for a Support Engineer to assist.

No formal support experience is required, but strong communication skills and a drive to provide quality customer support are a must. This group prefers candidates who can come up with creative solutions to problems and are motivated and enthusiastic.
