SMARTSOURCE is in need of a Hardware Engineer to provide support for a customer in Miami, Florida

Job Type: 3 month Contract to hire
Start Date: ASAP
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
Normal business hours
Contracting rate$15-$18 an hour

Duties:
??? Trouble shooting and repairing (hardware and client software issues.
??? Hardware break/fix (In-warranty and out-of-warranty)
??? Software support, to include software installation and upgrades
??? Image deployment
??? Maintain a sense of urgency while dealing with multiple tasks and turning around service requests and repairs to customers as quickly as possible.
??? Provide front line customer support including resolving customer issues, problem solving and diagnoses.
??? Work with management in maintaining efficiency, reporting customer issues, and assisting customers when necessary.
??? Have a passion for customer service and be committed to exceeding expectations.
