What you need for this position:

- 2-4 years experience critically analyzing and troubleshooting software and network issues in a Linux environment
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and a deep understanding of networking concepts
- Knowledge of both Linux and Windows OS
- Working knowledge of Java, Perl, Ruby, PHP or other Scripting languages
- Knowledge with remote server management

What you'll be doing:

- Provide top level troubleshooting, and enhance the user experience
- Become a product expert with our proprietary software solution developed in Java and running on Linux
- Research and report open client issues
- Escalate known bugs issues to the development team
- Conduct periodic technical training in house
