JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serve as member Systems Administration Team. Install, maintain, and administer various operating systems and servers; troubleshoot networks, systems, and hardware; support a variety of productivity applications, networks and hardware. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as they arise. Assist with the operation of LAN environment. Assist with analysis of the capacity needs for switching, routing transmission and signaling. Deploy and maintain web applications across multiple environments. Build and maintain workstations and servers machines. Provide support for a variety of desktop applications. Assist with computer security systems.

All other duties as assigned.


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Two to three years Systems or Network Administration experience; or, a combination of both.


TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES & KNOWLEDGE:
1. Windows operating systems, servers,
2. MS Office Suite software;
3. Cisco switches and routers.


DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

Technologies considered a plus (can be learned on the job):
1. Netegrity SiteMinder
2. F5 Big IP Switch
3. Oracle 9i & 10g database servers
4. Documentum eRoom Server V7.2
5. Antivirus software.


Certifications considered a plus:
MCSA, MCSE, MCP; any Cisco certifications
