Description
Growing Manufacturing / Production Company seeks a hands-on self-motivated team-player to work as a Systems Analyst. Primary responsibilities include assisting with new implementations and ongoing process improvements. You will be working with their users to understand their processes and deliver recommendations for improvement. Additional responsibilities include assisting with day to day maintenance and month end procedures.

Experience/Skills
The successful applicant would possess the following skills and abilities: • 5+ years of IT experience in manufacturing industry• Practical experience in MRP / ERP applications• 2+ years Syspro support• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2003 applications• Working knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic and MS Access• Have the ability to decipher and analyze business needs and requirements of our users• Have a strong understanding of accounting and manufacturing procedures, terminology and standard practices• Basic project management skills • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and time management skills• Ability to maintain and manage concurrent projects at any one time• Capability to work within a team environment to design and implement proposed solutions for the entire organization• Excellent oral and written communication and presentational skills• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills• Participates in and contribute positively to work/team environment• Demonstrate high level of commitment• Review users’ requirements for new or enhanced functionality• Possess the ability to work independently Client offers challenging opportunities, professional growth, competitive compensation, great benefits (medical, dental, 401k, etc), and a progressive work environment..
