Provide level 2 Windows server O/S helpdesk support.

Coordinate/execute change management activities within the Windows server O/S space during pre-defined maintenance windows.

Proactively monitor Windows server hardware space, corresponding infrastructure and applications, and coordinate repairs.

Hardware/Software Technical Support - Intermediate with 3 year(s) experience.


Required General Skills
Strong organizational skills as evidenced by the ability to establish priorities to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
