Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients, currently looking for a System Administrator Analyst to join our team inHenderson, NV.

Job Responsibilities:
Performs installation, customization and maintenance of the operating system and systems software products in support of business processing requirements. Performs system software installations and upgrades system software changes. Provides advice, training, and technical support to customers, leaders, and support staff. Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Monitors the health of the server platforms to achieve optimum performance levels and makes preventative adjustments as necessary. Provides in-depth diagnosis for operational systems software/hardware failures and develops solutions. Completes server and application projects as assigned. Installs server related hardware and software according to schedule, scope of objectives, and standards. Creates and maintains documentation on the client's server environment. Determines strategies and standards and provides capacity planning.

Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in the design, architecture, and deployment of Windows 2000/2003 servers.
  • Knowledge of Networking hardware infrastructure and principles.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in determining work and problem resolution priorities and approaches.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.

    Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of Citrix architecture and design.
  • Proven knowledge of WINS and a working knowledge of DNS.
  • Ability to manage projects with little supervision and direction.
