System AdministratorLocation: City of Industry,CADescription:Requirements * B.S. in CS or CIS, with IT certifications is a plus * 2 year end-user support and 1 year network or system administration experience * Proficient in computer hardware, excellent in building and troubleshooting computer systems. * Savvy with Microsoft products, such as Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, and IIS. * Excellent network troubleshooting skills, experienced with remote system administration * Hands-on experience with Cisco router, switch, firewall, and VPN * Broad knowledge and up-to-date of current technologies * Familiar with PBX and scripting are a plus * Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills * Resourceful, fast learner, self motivated, good team player and able to work under pressure Duties * Setup new users stations and provide end-user support * Manage user email and network accounts, assign proper network resources access * Install and troubleshoot PC/Server hardware, OS, and applications * Administrate corporate network, LAN/WAN/WLAN * Manage, maintain and troubleshoot AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Exchange, SQL, file, print, web, ftp, and application servers * Monitor servers and storages, perform preventative maintenance when necessary * Support remote systems and network at branch offices * Perform and monitor daily server backups. * Research and make recommendations to improve infrastructure integrity * Provide excellent customer service to employees * Other tasks and projects assigned as neededdf-tc
