Description
The candidates must be STRONG in VOIP (preferably Cisco) and have at least 3 years experience with Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 and Active Directory, plus everything else listed below. THESE CANDIDATES HAVE TO BE STRONG ALL AROUND. We've been through several candidates so I will let you know, when you submit, if we've already talked to them.

The candidates need to be clean cut and like to wear nice slacks and pressed dress shirts (I'll check to see if polos are accepted- but say pressed dress shirts to see what they say).

Title: Systems Engineer (not a network engineer)
Location: Kansas City, MO 64112 - You can say its a law firm near the plaza.
Start Date: After drug screen and background check are complete
Interviewing: ASAP

Duration of contract: 60 to 90 days. No guarantee of 90 days. Depends on how long the project takes to be completed. Please ensure candidates are available at least for 90 days (3 months).
Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support while team focuses on integration project work
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of System Engineering experience (not just desktop or help desk or network experience but at least 3 good years of System Engineering experience with server experience).
- Must have extensive experience with active directory and have worked in a Windows and Exchange environment.
- VMWare experience is a plus
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess strategic and problem solving skills.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
