Description
Must have three years of experience in System Administration and Help Desk requests. Minimum of 3 years networking experience. The System Engineer is responsible for the help desk support of end users as well as the network and systems of all facilities. The System Engineer has two primary roles: first to be the initial point of contact for end-user to receive support and second to be the back up line for the network administrator. The System Engineer also responsible of keeping all IT systems (Laptops, Desktops, Telephones, etc-) functioning at all time, and operating at peak efficiency. Through the diligent work of this individual, all employees interfacing with IT will be able to perform their functions with minimal "down time" and high level of applications training.

MCSE and MCP desired. Must have LAN / WAN experience and good system analysis skills..Must be able to travel to company sites and be available 24x7 for support.
Required Technical skills:
. Windows XP/98/2000Operating Systems over servers and workstations. Citrix, router, switches, and cables. System Administration and Support experience.
