Requirements:

Position Requirements:* Strong technical background in Wireless Networking, Information Assurance and Network Management.* Strong skills in Software Development, Systems Engineering and Systems Integration. * Understanding of tactical communications and other C4ISR aspects that apply to highly mobile entities in dynamic, adverse environments. * Excellent communication and team-working skills necessary.* May have an M.S. but typically has a PhD in field of interest.* US citizenship is required.We are looking for a System Engineer to write technical requirements that have experience with protocols, network techniques, H.323, SIP, real-time multimedia, network design, software development. Candidates MUST be US Citizens.
