Description
Perform installation, configuration of company's Cash Management products at banks and datacenters.

Primary Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the technical architecture of cos Cash Management product lines
Perform installation, upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting of Cash Management products
Assist client services teams with troubleshooting and resolving technical cases
30% travel required (primarily domestic U.S.)

Experience/Skills
Good understanding of banking concepts such as Cash Management, ACH, wires, payments, etc a plus
4-5 years knowledge and experience of Windows 2000/2003 server operating systems, preferably as a system administrator
General knowledge of IIS 5.0/6.0 (setting up virtual directories, etc)
Basic knowledge of networks concepts and commands
Reasonable knowledge of database concepts and usage of tools such MS-SQL Enterprise Manager, MS Query Analyzer and Oracle sqlplus
Good research, troubleshooting and deductive skills (reading logs, trace files, analyzing the data to come up with possible causes of failure etc)
Ability to read and understand technical documentation
General knowledge of Unix concepts (ownership, permissions, etc) as well as basic Unix commands, including the text editor (vi)
Basic understanding of multiple platform connectivity including mainframes
Ability to interact with banks IT resources as well as end users
Possess great initiative and good attitude regardless of the circumstances
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex troubleshooting issues
Self motivated, goal oriented and meticulous individual, who can adhere to departmental process and procedures and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent analytical, communication (verbal and writing) skills


Other desired skills:
