We are currently recruiting for that unique candidate to fill a System/Field Engineer position which will require a broad set of skills and excellent communication and customer service skills. The primary responsibilities of this position will include LAN/WAN, client/server, desktop, and application support in multiple and varying client environments. Specifically, 2+ years server and/or infrastructure support experience in a LAN/WAN environment, virtualization, Microsoft Exchange, anti-virus, and application installation experience is required. Additional skills that will be critical to the success of this position include experience with Windows Server 2000/2003, routers, firewalls, network security, and SQL Server Administration. Experience/Skills
2+ years server and/or infrastructure support experience in a LAN/WAN environment, as well as virtualization, Microsoft Exchange, anti-virus, and application installation experience is required for this position. Additionally, an Associate's degree in MIS, Network Administration, or similar is required. A bachelor's degree in MIS or similar, and/or any of the following certifications are strongly preferred: CCNA, CCDA, MCP, MCSE, or MCSA, Comptia Server+, or Network+.
