Technical Support/Systems Trainer The Technical Support & System Trainer will manage all activity in regards to technical and application support for the entire product line, in addition will coordinate the training on new and current products for both existing and new (potential) customers. *Five years minimum in technical support capacity in fire related industry. *Two years minimum Project Management experience and ability to meet project deadlines. *Generate presentations and provides product-training seminars and be responsible for ensuring customers receive prompt, efficient, and professional service. *10%-20% traveling is required with no restriction domestic and international. *Provide technical and application support and solve customer technical problems for global customer base as well as outside sales force to enhance sales effort and internal staff as needed. *Coordinate and perform independent lab testing and system mock-ups to address related product technical issues. *Provide data for technical bulletins and promotional literature and collaborate with manufacturers of equipment using products to maximize performance. *Track and maintain technical support calls and product returns through the use of a call logging database.df-tc
