Job Description:
Installing, loading, and configuring Servers of all kinds Troubleshooting server failures and accessibility problems. Performing server upgrades and migration to new systems-level software Performing system security functions including preparation of system security plans Performing lower level systems engineering and integration. Ensuring backup recovery strategies are planned and implemented successfully Training other information technology staff.

Required Skills:
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required Installs new software releases, systems upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backup and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Analyzes and resolves server related problems, primarily UNIX and application software issues and some Windows applications.

Desired Skills:
Specific experience with MS Windows server and knowledge of Sun Solaris/UNIX Net Backup, Citrix, Apache, MS Exchange and IIS Web Server

Minimum 10 years of related experience
