JOB DESCRIPTION - Role and Responsibilities
Providing technical expertise within a Tier 2 team focused on the implementation, service delivery and support of products, systems & networks in Client Research. Driving down incident rates and working with 1st line Operations to improve service recovery times. To ensure that all aspects of operability are delivered as part of the implementation process whilst ensuring that existing service levels are maintained or improved. To contribute to and ensure full compliance to operational standards, procedures and best practise. It involves close liaison with various operational, project, development and product teams as well working within the Service Organisation to ensure ongoing service and support can be maintained to agreed service levels.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS- Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Hours: 9am to 6pm with possible weekend hours once a quarter
