This is an opportunity to shape and build an IT department to ensure maximum efficiency. We are looking for someone with an excellent and stable track record as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator or Network/Systems Engineer. This position will serve as the Point Person for all systems, support and technology recommendation issues that come up.

What you need for this position:

- 5+ years as Systems Administrator, Network Administrator and/or Systems Engineer
- Extensive SQL Server Administration experience
- LAN/WAN background
- VoIP experience
- Remote support experience
- HIPPA experience is preferred

What you'll be doing:

- Providing systems administration and support
- Department lead for all system issues
- Leading conversion from offsite hosted environment to on site internal environment
- Lead for exchange implementation
- Sole resource for all system and technology related issues
