The engineer will provide all aspects of hardware support in a large data center environment. The candidate will have significant experience installation, upgrades and troubleshooting of HP ProLiant servers. Candidate will install, cable manage, hardware configure and support the build process. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot hardware issues, replace hardware components, troubleshoot issues related to HP software components and provide general maintenance assistance. The engineer will support SAN based technologies, external storage chassis and other related storage functions. Finally, the candidate will install C-Class Blades and Blade Chassis, and trouble shoot C-Class Blade Server and Chassis Issues. Engineers are expected to obtain and maintain ASE type certifications.

Experience/Skills
Experience supporting Intel server hardware in a data center setting.
Experience in all aspects of Intel hardware, including SCSI, SAS, Fibre Channel, Arrays, etc.
Experience with communication cards such as BrookTrout is helpful.
Experience in IP subnetting and IP troubleshooting is required.
HP hardware certifications are very desirable. A+ and other certifications are desirable.
Large data center experience is a requirement.
