Job Description

Candidates will be expected to serve on an operational team such as systems management. The candidateâ??s percentage of time on the team roles, responsibilities, product/service expectations, and administrative details will be defined by a team assignment agreement. As a member of the team, the candidate will be required to view and execute instructions containing secret/confidential classified information. Duration of the team is variable as dictated by requirements. The candidate must have knowledge of, and skill in applying the business value of information- methods and approaches for sharing information through the use of IT assets; performance measurement tools; and methods for identifying and resolving IT workforce issues.

Experience/Skills
Required Experience
"At least 5 years experience with HP-UX.
Extensive knowledge of UNIX, Windows and Linux."

Desired Experience
"Ability to make decisions or recommendations for NAVAIR IT policies or programs.
Working knowledge of the NAVAIR DEPOT NDMS suite of applications, such as MPRII / MRO, HMMS, TMA, FEMA and the interrelationship of these applications with the business functions.
Solaris knowledge a plus."
